Medical Oxygen Generator

Description

Medical Oxygen generating plant, specially designed to supply Oxygen and certified according to class IIb European Medical Device to health care facilities, from small clinic to large size hospitals, with operating ICUs and OR's. Oxygen generators produce oxygen from compressed air and offer a cost-effective, reliable and safe alternative to traditional oxygen gas supplies to cylinders. Our supplied oxygen generators with capacity range from 0.31 to 82.7 Nm³/hour at 93% - 95% purity.

Technology

Compressed air is fed to the Oxygen unit that uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to remove N₂, H₂O and CO₂. The Oxygen unit contains two columns packed with a selective adsorbent that has affinity towards nitrogen. Each column undergoes a cyclic sequence of high and low pressure steps, which guarantees the production of a continuous flow of high purity Oxygen. In the high pressure step, the adsorbent retains the nitrogen and other contaminants present in the compressed air. The regeneration is accomplished in the low pressure step, with the release from bottom valve of the contaminants retained by the adsorbent.

• CE Medical Certification comprises generator only or full system.
• Two typen oxygen generating systems available - On site generating system and on site generating system wtih high-pressure cylinder filling station system.
